Features of Real-Estate Website Builder and Billing system:

Admin:

Site Settings:
- Expire listings: Choose to expire listings after some days, or never expire them.
- Allow members to submit properties: On/off this to allow/disallow members to submit property listings.
- On/off auto approval of listings submitted by members.
- Free/paid member listings.
- If member listings are not free, you can choose to bill them in 3 different ways. Charge per listing added , or charge per day of listing , or Both . Any listing will not exceed your Total listing days set above.
  You can charge a flat fee for listing properties, and as your site becomes popular charge per day of listing, and as grow larger, charge a flat review fee plus charge per day of listing.
  The system is designed to properly calculate cost and charge the member for it.
- Ability to increase/decrease number of images allowed per property listing. Minimum is 1, and max allowed is 5 (Bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, full view). They are all not needed, but any of them which members have.
- Google Map API: You can generate a MAP API at google.com for maps for your domain, and then paste it here. The system will try to automatically show a map with the property address plotted on it.

The system is very flexible and does not impose too many guidelines unless really needed. This makes it easier to use and truly make it user friendly.

Categories: Make/edit/remove unlimited categories/subcategories. These could be cities, countries, or something else you need.
Properties: Add/edit/remove new/pending properties. Search for specific property in admin also (search in front site is more advanced). Sort using date added, views, rating (people can rate a property. Once per IP)

Front:

Normal/Advanced search: When searching in advanced box, one can search using postal-zip, country, city, state/county, or title (2 bedroom flats etc)

Shortlist Property: Members can shortlist properties for future contact.

Members can directly contact members who listed the property. An email is sent to member with a link to the property on your site, and contact details of person contacting. Ex: I listed a property. you want to contact me. I get an email with your contact details and link to property listing. If I find you interested, and safe myself, I can reply to that email or give you a phone call.

If enabled, members can add their own properties, in their "own" currencies. We like this the most. Your site's default currency is USD, but you have a category for UK. Then UK members can display their currency signs next to properties they add.
