Site Settings:
- Link to your domain reseller website. If you are already selling domains with a website, you can add it here. This URL will be linked to when customers are buying for hosting, so they can buy domains from you.
- Expiring order notification: Email the customer about expiring order. Example you enter 5 and if a hosting order is expiring in next 5 days an email will sent everyday until the order is renewed or deleted.
- Grace notification: Order is expired, but you still want to give some time to your customer to renew it. Example you enter 3 here then for next 3 days before deleting the expired order, an email will be sent to customer telling them that this grace and they must renew it now.
- Auto approve order: All orders can be activated instantly if this is on. Note: currently this is available with WHM (Web Host Manager of CPANEL. We provide this with a reseller hosting account ). You enter few details here and using this info the website builder can automatically create/terminate orders for you. It can also change packages for you from here itself.
Web Hosting categories: Add/edit/remove categories like "Reseller hosting", "Single domain hosting" etc.
Packages: Add/edit/remove packages. Attractive name for website, original WHM pack name for auto approval, webspace, bandwidth, domains allowed, monthly price, yearly price (if any discounts), billing cycle (monthly or yearly), other sales messages, details etc.
Note: if yearly billing cycle is used this pack can be purchased for at least 1 year or more. If monthly, it can be paid every month.
Comparison tables: Our favorite! All packages can be compared using the tables made here. Some common features available in all packages can also be added here itself. It will compare prices, domains, webspace, bandwidth, and other commons, all listed in 1table for super easy comparison!
Simply click category list and click "Compare Packs" next to category you wish to build comparison table for.
Orders: View pending, or all orders. Search using invoice number, or domain name.
Further classify as: Active, InActive, Pending, Expiring, In Grace, Exceeded Grace.
Further sort by: Date, Invoice, Expiry, Amount.
This makes it super easy to locate orders, and saves precious time!
When viewing orders, orders can be shown individually, or in the Cart format. (your customers can purchase many hosting packs in 1 single order and pay in 1 go). However each hosting pack order needs to be tracked individually for tracking/approval purposes. You can choose to list orders in both ways.
Sales stats: The system can automatically generate a report of number of orders placed on specific dates, and this list is available with hourly, daily, and monthly sales figures.
This will help you advertise/promote the website efficiently.
Gift Coupons: You might want to provide your special customers with special discounts and you would also need the system to bill them with discounts calculated. This is the way to go.
Add a code (anything [ABCDEFG...]) and enter a discount percentage (10%). When calculating total, if customer enters this code, he get a 10% discount on that order!
This discount is mentioned in invoice, and other printable invoices for billing accurately and clear book keeping.
Note: You can choose to make recurring gift coupons, or 1 time use coupons. If recurring, then discount will be provided at all renewals of that order.
